2. Products
All products sold on this site are used (second-hand) items clearly marked with their condition (Excellent, Good, Acceptable). Photos are representative of the actual product.
Every item is one of a kind, available in a single unit. The contract is concluded when we confirm availability: if the item turns out to be already sold after payment, we cancel the order and refund you in full within 14 days, at no cost to you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Euros, VAT included. We accept payments by credit/debit card (Stripe) and PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.
4. Shipping
We ship by express courier within Italy and to European Union countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you physically receive the product.
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the order being placed. If we miss that deadline you may grant us a reasonable additional period and, if it expires without delivery, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of everything you paid.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
To withdraw, simply tell us within the deadline by means of an explicit statement, writing to our email address or using the Returns section of your profile. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex I, part B of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, but you are not required to.
- The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you chose. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you supply proof that you sent it.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Warranty
Used products are covered by the 12-month legal warranty of conformity (instead of 24 months for new products) as required by Italian regulations for used goods.
When you place the order we ask you to expressly accept the reduction of the warranty period to 12 months, as permitted for second-hand goods by art. 133 of the Italian Consumer Code. Without that acceptance the sale is not concluded.
7. Dispute resolution
For any complaint, contact us using the details above: we always look for an amicable solution first. If we cannot reach one, you may turn to a mediation body listed in the register kept by the Italian Ministry of Justice and competent for our registered office. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued since 20 July 2025.
